Last weekend Greg and I celebrated our seven year anniversary! I can’t believe we have been married this long, the time has flown by. To celebrate, we decided to stay downtown SLC. Anyone who knows me knows I love hanging out in the city. We stayed at the Hotel Monaco. It’s a really cute hotel and I would definitely stay there again. We started the weekend off on Saturday; we went to the AST Dew Tour. It was awesome, I love extreme sports and they are so cool to see in person. We watched free style motor cross, BMX park, and Skate park. This was our second year going to the Dew Tour we had a lot of fun. That night Greg took me out to Takashi for dinner. They serve sushi, the new love of my life. I seriously crave it ALL THE TIME. Sunday we didn’t do too much, we went to brunch at the Little America and to Barnes and Noble to hangout. That night we went to dinner at Christopher’s steak house it was really good. You’re probably starting to see a theme to the weekend, eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. On Monday Greg ended up running into work, because of the Merrill Lynch/Bank of America merger. I stayed and slept at the hotel and went and got coffee (from my other love, Starbucks). Monday afternoon we went to a movie and then we went home. I really enjoyed the weekend and I love being with Greg - I get to hang out with my best friend everyday. I know it sounds corny but it’s the truth.
